The Aamir Khan starrer Dangal that released on December 23 last year has been doing very well at the domestic box office. The film which released across 5300 screens worldwide (4300 domestic + 1000 overseas) has been on a literal record setting spree.
In this special report we take a look at the collections of Dangal in its fourth week, while comparing the same to previous releases that have managed to make it this far. Collecting Rs. 15.08 cr in week four, Dangal has become the second highest fourth week grosser. Though the film marginally misses surpassing Aamir Khan’s previous release 3 Idiots that had collected Rs. 15.63 cr in its fourth week, it does out beat others like Aamir’s P.K that collected Rs. 13.55 cr, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan that collected Rs. 11.73 cr and the Deepika Padukone – Ranveer Singh starrer Bajirao Mastani that collected Rs. 10.11 cr.
