She rose to fame with Dangal and there has been no stopping to Fatima Sana Shaikh since then. The actress now features in the coveted project from the house of Yash Raj Films, Thugs Of Hindostan. Considering that this is yet another unconventional action packed role for her, it is not surprising to know that she will require intense training for the same.
Fatima Sana Shaikh recently wrapped up the first shoot schedule of the Aamir Khan starrer, period drama Thugs Of Hindustan. However, her physical training for the film continues and she follows specific guidelines for the same. In fact, Fatima, who plays the role of an 18th century warrior has already been undergoing rigorous training sessions to get into the skin of her character which incidentally is also quite different from what she had done for Dangal. In the latter, she played the role of a wrestler.
As for this one, Fatima Sana Shaikh has started off with one hour of functional training on a daily basis. The said regime includes running, jumping, strength training, core training etc. all of them combined. Besides this, the actor is also learning new skills such as sword fighting and archery for the film. Considering that this kind of action is an integral part of the film, Fatima also trains in sword fighting for an hour. With this kind of training, one can expect the actress to be a visual delight as a warrior in the film.
Besides her and her Dangal co-star Aamir Khan, Thugs Of Hindostan also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif in prominent roles and it is slated to release next year on November 7.
