Readers may know that Vikas Bahl’s critically-acclaimed film Queen was one of the major movies responsible to give Kangna Ranaut the star status that she enjoys today. The film, besides doing wonders to everyone associated with it, also got an array of awards, besides the prestigious National Awards.
The latest update on Queen is that, it’s now being remade in Tamil, with veteran actress Revathi helming the director’s chair. And to play Kangna Ranaut’s role, Tamannaah Bhatia has been roped in. Speaking about the same, an elated Tamannaah Bhatia stated that ever since she saw Queen, she wanted to be part of its remake, even though she wasn’t sure if it would be remade. She added that, she felt liberated when she saw Queen and that she is eagerly waiting to work on the film’s remake. She also added that Revathi mam directing the remake made it even more special.
On the Bollywood front, Tamannaah Bhatia will be seen in the much-awaited Baahubali 2, in which she will be paired opposite Prabhas.
